Bathroom moulding

Our garage burnt down and we lost all our tools and reno gear so have half finished jobs. One of these jobs is the moulding and gaps in the bathroom. We are just looking at how much this would cost for someone to so versus us buying all the tools again. I have provided a photo of the moulding in the toilet as a reference. I think the bathroom is 2x3m I think
