Painting and flooring bathroom

Looking for someone to finish painting my mums bathroom. Has a primer coat on, was a blue colour underneath. All paint supplied. Room approx 3.5m x 1.5m Also needing at the same time some vinyl flooring stuck down. This will be supplied too, just the ones that peel off the backing and stick. All floor is level and only a few Sq meters to install. Then a silicone around edges to skirting boards. Approx size 2.5m x 1.1m
