We have a two floor panels that have been damaged by water. The leak has been fixed so now it's time to replace the water damaged area. The photo shows the scale. This job will involve removing and replacing the skirting boards. Location is at the bottom of Cashmere. It seems like a straightforward job so we're looking for an affordable fix.
