Damp / Moldy Ceiling Repair

A 0.5m x 0.5m square patch of the ceiling in the corner of the garage has become moldy and damp, possibly from a hole connected to the outside gutter.
The job would be to cut out the damp patch, remove any compromised material above and patch up a new piece of ceiling as well as look to seal any holes found.
