Some painting & tidying

The 2-bedroom flat of my home & income needs some painting and tidying between changing tenants. Exterior: Prep and paint window sashes (inside and outside) and surrounding framing (all wood). Prep and paint wooden exterior doors and architraves (inside and outside). Prep and paint garage doors (made of shiplap). Prep and paint concrete wall and wooden screen around entrance. Spray concrete steps and driveway with mold remover. Install one panel of Reboss awning over front door. Re-fit garage door handle. Interior: Fill nail holes in gib walls and cover with matching paint colour. Paint or clean scuff marks on walls and doors. Replace mirrors on bathroom wall cabinet. Timeframes: There will be an opportunity to view the site for quoting lunchtimes on Monday to Wednesday 6 to 8 July, and the work needs to be done during the week of 20 to 24 July. Please don't apply if you can't meet these timelines.
