Deck Sand and Stain

Have an outside deck that has been stained a dark colour and has a number of marks. Decking is generally in pretty good condition, needs sanding and re-staining in a lighter colour - will need some advice on the best thing to use. I will need a hand moving some of the bigger furniture (table/couch) onto the garden before you start. Reasonably flexible on time, but could be started immediately.

Promptly came on site to quote, excellent communication. We had some problems with rain getting in the way of the job, but Karam kept me up to date and set expectations. Sanded and oiled deck now looks great.
