Sliding door lock replacement

Hi there, Require the sliding door lock to be completely replaced as the lock is not working. See photos. This is for a rental property - so just a standard sliding door lock is fine (must still be of a good quality, just doesn't have to be fancy etc). Bonus if you can add a lock with a key (lockable and accessible from outside of the property) - so long as it doesnt cost much more. Thanks, Matthew
