Fish pond/water feature needs to be decommissioned, emptied and refilled with rocks/soil to revert to general garden area. Pond is about 2 x 2 metres and 500cm deep. Currently full of random plants, dirt and general rubbish (and stagnant water). Needs to be cleared out, drainage holes made in the concrete lining and then refilled with rocks/soil plants
