Bathroom Repairs

Some minor repairs required in a bathroom in a rental property in Avondale. The shower is over a bath and the current glass screen isn't fit for purpose as it doesn't keep the water in!! As a result there is a rotten skirting board at the base of the bath that needs replacing and we also want the glass screen removed (and any damage, holes etc repaired to ensure everything is still watertight) and replaced with a rail on which we can put a shower curtain.
