Extractor fan - fan works fine, on/off needs a fix

Job image

Job description

General Handyman Tasks
Auckland

See attached picture of bathroom extractor fan. It works fine, but cannot stop it. The little white string that you see on the right is what needs to be pulled to TURN IT ON/OFF. It acts as switch. The string may be stuck (not sure), so the fan is now operating continuously and cannot be turned off. Don't want to replace the entire fan as it still works. Need someone to repair the on/off Please only contact with a QUOTE first. Thanks

Pauli was honest & down to earth who really connected and understood the problem. Had electricians quote me an arm & a leg for a very simple switch issue. My bathroom exhaust fan was not turning off, but the fan worked perfectly fine. I knew this was a handyman job so I gave it to Pauli who completed it with ease. Highly recommended, punctual, friendly, honest, great value!! Will definitely use again
