Handyman Tasks for Multiple Properties!

We are after a professional Handyman who can do some general tasks on multiple properties. The tasks are listed below and will require a quotation for each property. Please let me know if you require further information. Cheers Property 1: 1. Bathroom - Tighten showerhead railing 2. Bedroom 2 - Replace the door lock 3. Bedroom 2 - Paint the wall/door (10m2 max) 4. Bedroom 1 - Fix the doorstop (new doorstop) 5. Bedroom 1 - Patch repair the damage due to the doorstop and paint if required. Property 2: (I) Main bathroom - Tap needs resealing (ii) Main bedroom - fix window latch (iii) Shed - dispose of items (general waste) (iv) Extraction fans in bathrooms (a) Clean out ducting (b) If this does not improve the flow rate then will need to replace the fan with a 25L/s flow rate to meet Healthy Homes Standards. (v) Kitchen windows - replace window handle wedge key (x2) to hold the window in place. Current key thread too small. (vi) Draught stoppers (a) Front door - Replace floor draught stopper (current one too small) (b) Lounge windows - Install draught stoppers around windows (c) Bathroom window - Install draught stoppers around windows (d) Bedroom 1 - Install draught stoppers around windows (e) Bedroom 3 - Install draught stoppers around windows - Fix window frame (cannot close) (f) Kitchen windows - Install draught stoppers around windows Property 3: 1. Spot patch fix required on GIB where it has been chipped. Will require to be painted as well. (5-8m2) 2. Netting and curtains require new netting and new curtains to be installed. 3. Insulation in the ceiling requires to be repositioned as the position of the insulation has been moved by previous tradies. 4. Draft stopping required in some areas around the property. 5. Ground moisture barrier required to be installed underneath the property.
