Our clothesline fell down during a storm a couple of months ago. It's an extend a line model mounted on two wooden poles. One pole is fine but the other fell over. We need someone to put the wooden pole back up. It was not previously mounted in concrete but we think that's what it needs - pouring a bit of concrete to make sure it doesn't fall over again.
