Various handyman tasks

Hey all, I have a collection of small tasks that need to be completed on my house 1) Remove an old towel rail, install a new one and patch the old spot (bathroom) 2) Re-attach shower railing where it has come off from the liner 3) Install a latch on a bedroom window (an old style wooden window with an arm type latch) 4) Replace/fix the latches on the kitchen cabinets so they stay closed 5) Install a latch on the internal gate 6) Fix a corner of the house skirting where it has been damaged (including seal and paint) 7) Create underfloor access (one of those little door things in ghe house skirting) 8) Fix/replace some cracked fence boards (traditional wooden fence)
