Bathroom repair, outside painting and odd jobs
Job description
We are removing an old shower and vanity as the shower was leaking a little. Need to remove old ones and installing new ones and repairing a couple of areas in the GIB. Two minor paint jobs outside and some sealing of exposed timber and filling small drill hole. Clean of guttering in one spot. Install kick out flashing in area of guttering and junction and paint repair. Adjust pergola to square up posts and timber members. Strip and repaint barge boards or replace if required. Happy to do all work on hourly rate

The job grew in scale quickly once the initial job was started. Michael was able to work with us and arrange sub contractors to complete the extra plumbing and other work. Is highly recommend Michael and his team.
