Fence repair and House Window & Door re-alignment

Hi. We are needing a rotten fence post replaced so we can straighten up our boundry fence. The post is used by our neighbour for his electric gate, so will need to be well concreted in place. We also require the front door of our house to be re hung as its sagging on the left bottom leaving a gap at the top. We also have three wooden windows that dont shut properly, so they may need planing. Lastly, our french doors at the rear dont shut properly, so may also need rehanging or planing or both. We will require two seperate quotes, one for the fence as we are sharing costs with the neighbour, and the other is for all the work required on the house windows and doors. Local handymen will be prioritised.
