Repair gutter leak and soffit damage

The corner of the gutter has rusted making a leak into the soffit, which has rotted the corner panel. Gutter hole needs stopping up so the leak doesn't continue and soffit panel needs replacing and repainting. Second storey, access from garage roof.
Would also like you to check the rest of the guttering is okay on the other corners, please.
