Squeaky floorboard underneath carpet and sunkened laminated flooring

Hi there, We have a squeaky floor in one of the bedrooms on level 1 of our home. It is carpeted, so I need an expert to peel it back, fix the squeak and then relayed it back. We also have a laminated flooring (one of the pieces) that caved in when we stepped on. I believe this spot is hallowed which caused it to get sunkened in. The piece would need to be replaced since it has cracked. My address is in Mount Wellington, near Sylvia Park. Can you please provide a quote for fixing both problems? Regards Ty
