Here is what we are hoping to get done in the next couple of weeks if possible: 1: Re-fix 1 pile 2: Create a gap in the front deck where it's touching the cladding (the whole way around, and the hand rail) - I think this would be removing the planks, triming them, and reattaching - or inserting a gapper for drainage?) 3: replace some cladding around front door - where it is most soft around the corner where the deck is attached to it. I've attached screenshots from the builder's report, and pictures of the deck, if you can make sense of that.

"Lawrence contacted us about this job, and we're stoked we went with him. We needed to replace some cladding on our 1980s home, and make sure the deck was compliant. Lawrence was fantastic with all the communication, sending us image updates of the work as we were out of town for the week. He was incredibly clear about what was happening, and the reasons for every decision. The new cladding looks great, and his advice on how to make it look the best was very helpful. Highly recommended!"
