We have purchased a property in Mt Albert and need to get some work done to make it healthy homes compliant. Settlement date is on the 25th of July and once complete we'd like to have the non-compliant items sorted within a week or two.

We've identified the following items:

- Ground Moisture Barrier Installation (there is sufficient crawl space under the house to access the full sub floor).
- Kitchen extract installation (there is an existing recirculating extract, we need a new undermount extract installed and a vent installed into the blockwork facade. We'd like an LBP to complete this work as it involves works to the houses structure & weatherproofing).
- Remediation of some rot to a ground floor window frame
- Installation of window latches to 2x windows
