Winter rat burrowing prevention #2

Kia ora, we have had a foul smell develop in 2 areas of office and we've had pest control people say it's likely that rats are getting in under the floorboards and dying. They said the best option would be to get someone to come and cover the holes that they are potentially getting in through. It would also be really helpful to have someone come and look and see it there might be other points we should be wary of. At this point I'm trying to get quotes before we choose who to got to as we are a small disability non-profit.
