Water ingress fix for aluminium framed windows

Hi there, The objective of this job is to get an assessment on and fix for weather tightness/moisture ingress issues on aluminium frame windows throughout the house. Following large rain events, there is some water ingress through the window frames causing dampening of jib. We are concerned that further rain events may affect the structural integrity of the house long-term. We're keen to assess how this can be fixed (townhouse was built in 1984), how much it would cost, and a timeline that could be expected for the job. Thank you, and we look forward to your responses!
