Window replacement & glass pane removal

6 small window panes (38x32cm) that need replacing. Job would need to be started in the morning as the frames need to be treated for rust before new ones are put in (ideally the same afternoon). There is also a large glass pane in the living room that needs to be permanently removed. It is 2800x730cm from floor to ceiling.
