Repair leaking conservatory/house connection

I have an aluminium-framed glass conservatory attached to the house. It is leaking in two places (green circles in the picture IMG_0002.jpg). Access is difficult and, especially on the side-leak, some sort of scribed over-lay might be better protection than just attempting to apply sealant. The task is to identify the source of the leaks and then to permanently seal the frame to house to prevent any further leaks. The challenge is primarily difficult access and a very sound repair is required. It needs to have been repaired by the end of next week. The repair will be inspected by WCC as part of a Code of Compliance process.
