Replace boarded up window frame with replacement (already available)

One of the windows was left ajar and the wind ripped it off. Looking to get someone to fit the spare we had lying around. Upstairs flat so hoping it can be done from the inside. Message first for details so I can arrange access with the owner of the flat.
