We want quotes to either: (a) remove the skylight, seal over the gap on the deck/roof with ply, make good the interior by installing a ceiling (with insulation) to a standard to enable painting.; or (b) remove the skylight and replace it with a sheet of laminated glass which is secured to the deck - with flashings around the perimeter. The size of the skylight is 900 X 1800
