Cracked window

Small bathroom window (with extractor fan) . Maybe 50cm by 30cm has a 10 cm crack horizontal crack in the middle. Just unsightly as selling home soon and wondering whether can be repaired or whether pane needs changing out. Complication is it's a second story window so would require a ladder from outside if can't be done from inside bathroom.
