Timber windows have been repainted a couple of times and aren't closing. Need someone to work out the most cost effective way of fixing. Open to all ideas e.g. new latches, sanding, etc. Not looking to replaces windows.

Price was very good, but getting the job finished and done one time was a bit of a problem. The contractor appeared to be booked out and not able to keep up. The job was left unfinished, I needed to apply another coat of paint, but was probably underpriced in the first place.
