2x Window double glazing & child safety installed

We had a issue installing child safety on our bedroom window, and the window pane cracked (photo attached). Our bedroom window is adjacent to the train tracks, so we think it might be a good time to either: - double glaze the window or - add new sliding tracks as a sound stop. The window is on level 3 of our townhouse with a desk below the window (photo attached, so access is fairly easy). The frames are green aluminium. The house cladding cannot be damaged as it has a warrantee on it due to reclad. Could I have a quote estimate of: - simple window pane replacement - double glazing - sound stop layering with sliding tracks The size of the 2 windows are 1 x 1095 x 699 Opening sash. 1 x 1133 x 940 Fixed panel. thank you very much
