replace two glass panes with one large one.

Previous posting fell through. the original contractor pulled out of the job. I would like to replace two glass panes with one large one. Please take out the mid muntin. See the attached photos. The size of the one large glass will be around 160cm x 80cm. The margin of error is +/- 1 cm. Would appreciate it very much, if you could please quote.
