Install cat door into timber wall

We have got the SureFlap Pet Door and 2 extenders, and would like to install it into our wall for our lovely cat freedom. Our wall is timber cladding outside as pictures. Craftsmanship, insulation from water and finishing are our main concerns. We look for builder who has experience installing cat door into wall, and any photos of that jobs done is appreciated. Thanks!
