Add window to pre-existing Ranch Slider

Hi, I am looking for someone who might be able to help me. I installed a ranch slider into my bedroom a few months ago, and regret not getting one with a window on it. I would like to put a window on the ranch slider, but don't know if it is possible. All I know is I don't really feel like putting in a new ranch slider in again. Would be great if anyone knows if this is possible and who might be able to do it. Thanks Georgia
