Damaged window sill and bad window latch.
Job description
Small aluminium frame window in bedroom. The wooden sill has some old water damage and probably needs to be replaced. The latch on the window doesn't pull the window tight enough to seal. Definitely needs a better latch, the windom might need new seals, and the sill and surrounding wall might be water damaged. Need someone to give me an honest opinion about it.

Great communication, let us know early when a day became available. Gave us a time estimate and it was spot-on. Fantastic workmanship, and when the job came out cheaper than expected he let us know and adjusted the price accordingly.
