Cat door installation

We would like to get a cat door installed please. We don't have one so if one is provided that would be great. Just a simple cat door. We also need a door window sealed too. I have provided 2 pictures. One of the door windows that needs a seal and one of where we want the cat door installed. Many thanks Fran
