Cat Door to be replaced with new glass

We've inherited a cat door that we don't need (which is slightly bizarre given we own 2 cats ;-)). It's a double-glazed pane of e-glass – I’ve attached a couple of photos. The dimensions of the glass are approx 362 x 614mm and we'd like to replace it with a similar piece of glass.
