Timber window repairs required

Recently bought 1950's house that was relocated to current site 10 years ago. The sides of the house most exposed to the wind and sun are overdue maintenance: - We would like the opening windows to be fitted more snug to the frame, as well as the quadrant stays upgraded, to prevent windows from rattling and blowing out during severe weather. - Window sill board in the lounge is separating from the main frame. - Several windows need reputtying. - 4 rooms in total.
