Install cat door in glass

We need someone to install a new cat door in the bottom panel of our front door (not double glazed). We have the cat door and glass adapter which comes with some fixings. The panel is 600 x 400 textured glass. Happy to have this replaced if it can't be cut. This will need to be done when someone is home, during the week is fine, just need to organize a little in advance so one of us can be around. There is vehicle access to the front door and a garage you can work in if you need to take the door off and/or want to work inside. A nice simple job for a rainy afternoon?
