Window leaking

I have two wooden windows that I have found water leaking in behind the window trim I removed from the interior. . I removed the window trim and inside the box frame for the window there is water leaking. I have checked the outside window trim and the top board is water damaged so I suspect the water is getting in behind and leaking through. I require a quote from a qualified tradesmen
