Replace one window glass

One plain glass needs replacing. It is a window size 535 mm by 900 mm. These are the dimensions measured from window timber frame from the inside you may have to add another 5 mm all around so it will sit into the frame. The house is at Lincoln, a painter works there now so there is some scaffolding and a ladder you could use. Can a glazzier do this small job please? What thickness glass do you recommend and what will be the cost? Thanks.
