Replace old louvres with new frame windows

We have two windows in bathroom and toilet that are louvres with an aluminium frame. We would like these replaced with the most cost efficient windows and ability to open and shut them. The house is old so measurements fluctuate on the sides of the window frame. Shower window case opening is 40x55.5 Toilet window case opening is 36x55.5 Exterior will need a ladder to reach it’s over a 2.4m height access is on our driveway so no problem to work. Inside the material is gib board with wooden casing for the toilet window Inside for bathroom window is also timber casing with tiles around the frame. External material is fibre cement weather boards. Because of location we would like this completed quickly as we have a family that use the area a lot.
