Removing and swapping windows

We have one Range slider 2.5 x 1.9 that needs to be removed and swapped with a Window 2.1 x 1.6. The Range Slider will go where the window is and the window will go where the range slider is. I have attached some photos the job would need to be completed ASAP. Also, the house is located in a yard in Bulls.
