Replacing water-damaged MDF window sills

Need to replace some Window sills which have water damages caused by condensation. The two are in a bad shape that would need an urgent care: 1) The bedroom: So bad the adjacent wall also swells (picture 1 & 2) 2) The kitchen: The water damage just recently developed but has fast become obvious (picture 3) There are 6 other windows of varying sizes which have started to show some early signs of problems. Depending on how economical it is, we may replace/fix them all at once. Not really sure to what extent it need done to replace/fix these (and make all watertight, if they are not really). Perhaps some may only need a bit of filling and sealing. Definitely need someone to have a good look at them.
