Rotten Timber Windows need replacing

Two windows need full replacement and one window needs to be refitted (no longer shuts due to house settling). The house is 100 years old and was recently repiled, now one of the bedroom windows doesn't shut and has a huge gap at the top. Another window is a louvre and needs to be replaced with something solid. Another window is timber but will be in a shower (after bathroom reno) so will need to be replaced with aluminium (or something - I'm open to ideas on this one). I'm keen to get this done before the weather turns cold.
