Looking for window repairs for entire house

There are total 14 windows in the house Things that needs to be fix: 1. Friction stays: All the windows in the house has very stiff friction stays. Needs to replace current friction stays to new one. 2. Rubber seals: Rubber seals are old and cause air and damp seepage through gaps and small openings around windows. Needs to replace all of it. 3. Window handles: Due to very stiff friction stays, window handle had lot of pressure when opening/closing the window. So, most of the handles are loose/unsteady which needs to be replace/fixed. There are some windows that has aluminium area cracked as well so may need to seal the cracked area and turn the window upside-down then reinstall the handles. Looking for a person who can do the job as soon as possible. Thank you
