This morning we broke a window into our living room. The window is set in its original timber joinery, single glazed with dimensions of 490mm high by 1105 wide. The window is at standing height and has easy/direct access from our balcony/deck. There seems to be a 2-3 week wait for window repairs from those I have called so far. I am interested in a quality glazer who can assist in the next week or so. We are based in Hillcrest on the North Shore - not far from the Northcote motorway off-ramp. Sail City responded immediately to my request, were great to communicate with , turned up to take measurements (when they said they would) and completed the installation of a new toughened glass window in our family home promptly and to a high standard.
