Window frame repair (wooden) plus porch panel repair

1) Main bedroom window bottom sill is slipping out and needs fixing. Window is single glazed, wooden frame, dimensions 235cm wide by 122cm high. Timeframe anytime next 3 months (Jan to March 2022) 2) porch panel - some screws fixing it to the concrete floor and brick wall have popped out. Panel needs refixing to concrete floor and wall. Panel dimensions 260cm wide by 245cm high, concrete base, concrete block wall to side. Timeframe January 2022.
