Window privacy screen

Make and install a privacy screen in front of a window located on the first floor. The screen needs to be preferably made out of aluminium (or another material with low to no maintenance), fixed louvres facing up and needs to be approximately 2.2m wide and 1m high. It needs to be fixed to the outside of the house. The screen is to block the neighbours looking up through the window or looking down through the window onto the neighbours. The 2 photos show the window and the 3rd photo shows a possible solution.
