Replace damaged bathroom window

I have a 1950s rental in Picton. During the recent earthquakes the tenants report a small bathroom window frame slumped and the glass partially fell out. I want to completely replace the window as it was a badly-done patch up job from before I owned the house. I want to fit a new opening frame and frosted glass window into the existing window casing if possible. The tenant has a photo of the window. But I am in Picton 22-29 Dec so could meet at the house to discuss best solution and cost. Thank you.
