Dog Door & Installation in Glass Pane of Laundry Door

Dog door and installation needed in an original aluminum frame single glazed two panel laundry door. The lower pane is 580mm wide by 640mm high. It is the original door from the 1993 build, so a lighter door would be needed. It needs to be suitable for a dog that could weigh 15 kg and grow to 38cm tall at the shoulder. It the job could be done before Saturday 2 July would be ideal.
