Window that can open

Hi there, We're looking to create a cross-breeze in the upstairs of our house and would like to explore options of a building code compliant alternative that allows this window to be opened for breeze. Obviously, we don't want it to be opened from the bottom in anyway. We're looking for double glazed as well. Size is 600 x 2100mm
