Replace wooden window

I have a wooden window that has been stuck open for about 4 months now. I have tried to push it in, even with a hammer but there is still a gap. The sides are out of place also causing it to not shift into the window frame. This has caused a lot of health issues for myself as I am pretti much sleeping with an open window, throughout the night.
